Shall vs will

We (shall / will) not be able to suggest a solution until we are further along in our evaluation of the problem.

I think the answer is "shall" because according to here: http://www.englishclub.com/grammar/verbs-modals_shall-will.htm

, it is an objective, simple statement of fact in the first person, so it is "shall".

Am I correct?

That site's 'first conjugation' is trying to claim something that was never true except for a tiny majority of speakers of southern British English. Because of my advanced age and very formal schooling many years ago, I, a native speaker of BrE, would use 'shall' in that sentence, but I would guess that more than 95% of my compatriots would use 'will'.

And all AmE speakers would use 'will', I think. The only time I use 'shall' is in 'Shall we dance?'
