Shall I write A4 size paper or A4 sized paper?

Please could you advise whether I shall write:

A4 size paper or A4 sized paper

Here is the sentence I want to write, please advise which one I should use.

You are advised to submit your answers on an A4 size paper.

or

You are advised to submit your answers on an A4 sized paper.

I think it is "A4 sized."

My justification as to why it is "sized" and not "size." I checked "sized" on dictionary.com and "sized" as an adjective means, "having size as specified (often used in combination)," which is of accord with the sentence, "A4 sized paper." On the other hand, I did not find any such description when I looked up "size" on the same site.
