This is the original dialog which has sentences I didn't understand.

A: Do you have it in a small?

B: Yes, we do. Shall I start a fitting room for you so you can browse a little?

A: That's okay. I'd like to try it on right now.

B: Absolutely! Follow me. The fitting rooms are this way.

It makes no sense to me. Maybe it's British. Start a fitting roommeans nothing to us Americans. Because of that, I

Here's my guess: The customer has selected several things she wants to try on. The saleslady is offering to take the items and hang them in a fitting room so the customer doesn't have to carry them with her while she looks for more things to try on. I think it means "shall I start putting your things in the fitting room for you while you continue to shop?"

In that case, 'That's OK" means "Don't bother", I'd assume.

Khoff's response seems the most plausible.

Her explanation of the phrase "shall I start a fitting room" makes the most sense if one shops in a certain category of store.

Attention K-Mart shoppers, I doubt you'll hear that phrase.
