Shall I add -ed/past tense?

Hi,

Can some guru advise whether I have to use past tense in the following sentences :
1)
if he came late, please call Jane.
or
if he comes late, please call Jane.

2)(not received the parcel yet)

We will do it once we received the parcel
or
We will do it once we receive the parcel

3) (action not done yet)

Please update me as soon as he called you
or
Please update me as soon as he calls you.

I am not sure whether I should use past tense for something that haven't happened but a action will follow after something happened just like what I mentioned aboe.

Hope to get some advices from guru. Thank you.

Thanks.

if he came late, please call Jane.-- (He came before.)
* so if only the incident happened before then we use past tense?

in this case :
a guy hasn't done something yet.
I should say :
If he does it again, please give me a call

a guy has done the same thing before.
so I should say :
if he did it again, please give me a call

if he came late, please call Jane.-- (He came before-- he already came late.)
* so if only the incident happened before then we use past tense?-- Yes, if the incident that the sentence refers to happened before, use past (and sometimes present perfect is used, too).

a guy hasn't done something again yet.
I should say :
If he does it again, please give me

under what circumstances we will use 'had done' ?

Use the past perfect when the context speaks of 2 events occurring at different past times, but only if the order of events is unclear or emphasis on the order of events is desired; otherwise, past perfect is uncalled for.

I ate before he arrived. -- The order of events is obvious; use simple past.
I ate when he arrived. -- The events happen at the same time; use past.
