Shall begin to have our own

Hello

I'd like to ask about two sentences below. Full text here: http://www.soberrecovery.com/forums/alcoholism-12-step-support/233737-around-year-emmet-fox-8-august-2011-a.html

When we give up trying to steal, then we shall begin to have our own. We shall come into our own rights, and when we get that, liberation will not be very far off.

Does "shall begin to have our own" mean that we should start getting what we deserve?
I'm not sure however about "come into our own rights"? Maybe we should start possessing something?

No, "shall" does not work in the same way as "should."
