Grammar

shall and will

Hi, Gurus and members!

English grammar is so difficult to master.....

He says that she shall come back tonight.

The above sentence, meaning that she is scheduled to come back tonight, "shall" should be changed into "will" to be a correct sentence?

Or, it's just a matter of style and preference?
