What is the difference between, 'What shall I do?' and 'What shall I have to do?'

"What shall I have to do?" isn't natural for me. "What will I have to do?" is OK. It is asking about what will be required from the speaker. "What shall I do?" differs in that it does not have the requirement/obligation sense of "have to".
