Shall

She kept on daydreaming:"I will wear my dress to the dancing party. All the young men will come up and dance with me. But I shall toss my head!"

Can the auxiliary verb "shall" in the last sentence be replaced with "will"?

What is the difference between "shall" and "will" here ? Please give me some examples.
