Shakesperian advice,, FUNDAMENTAL.

Have you ever read Macbeth, wonderful,isn't it. Well , I read it too and studied it as the drama course in college.I picked this advice from the play because I think that it implies an important advice concerning the importance of opening your heart to someone and talking freely about your sorrow.It reads as follows;

'Give sorrow words: the grief, that doesn't speak

Whispers the o'er-fraughted heart, and bids it break.'
