SF strike 68 movie needs help

Dear friends,

I have been struggling with a movie which has not script. I have do decipher all words and make subtitle. In this sense, I need a native person who can listen the wav files which lasts 30 sec to 1 min to decipher for me.

those sometimes may be 1 word or 2 words in the whole sentence recorded as wav files..

I wont be paid for this job. I am working as volunteer.

I am looking forward to your help.

For example, I deciphered a sentence like this, which does not make any sense to me:

Doktor Hayakawa in depending on police force is relaying on (?) a version of law and order, which must of necessity perpretuated racisim black students are opposing"

my best.

You would have to provide the audio.

Most likely, you heard "relying on", not "relaying on"; "perpetuate the", not "perpetuated".
