Sexual harrassment is anything a male says to a female when she doesn't want to have *** with him. Sexual misconduct is anything a male does to a female when she wants to have *** with him but doesn't like what he did. These are recently coined, highly charged terms that are defined only in their own terms and as occasion demands.
