Several personnel?

Hi. I think we can write "several personnel," with the word "personnel" being an uncountable noun, which means we cannot say "one personnel, two personnel, so on." If we cannot say "one personnel," how can we say "several personnel"? If we can say "several personnel," I think we can say "many personnel." Is it correct?

How about the word "group" or "congregation"? Can we say "several group or several congregation"? Thank you for your help in advance.

As CJ said, "several" + personnel does not work. You can use "several employees" though.
