On August 11, 2014 approximately at 5:33 PM John M violated Article 2.67 of the Road Traffic Regulations while being under the influence of alcoholic beverages; he drove Toyota XXX with State license plate No. XXX on Bridge Avenue from Palace Avenue towards Birghton Street where he was stopped by police officiers.
