Several grammar doubts

Hello,

Could you help me with this doubts?

1) Someone wrote " I lunched at the Happy Cafe". I would correct "I had lunch at..." But is the first one wrong?

2) "The best restaurant of all England" Is this statement wrong? I would have written "the best restaurant in England"..

3) Someone wrote: "On Friday I went to the best restaurant ever". I think she should have written something like this "the best restaurant ever seen"... Am I right?

4) "For dessert, I had a vanilla icecream" Is this right?

Thank you in advance,

Soprano

Thank you for your time!!!

Thank you again

For dessert I had *** is natural and common.
