This mudra has a settling, ordering effect on all levels.
A large part of life consists of reviewing and readjusting our thoughts, feelings and attitudes according to our circumstances and our resources at any given time. This can be enjoyable. For if the result of a reshuffle doesn't satisfy us - well, we can always try something new!
I have a few questions regarding the above passage.
1. Does "settling" here mean "calming"?
2. I understand that "on all levels" here means "completely" or maybe on an emotional, physical, mental, spiritual levels?
3. Does "resources" here mean "possibilities"?
4. That last sentence with the word "reshuffle" seems strange to me. I know that "reshuffle" means some kind of change, but the general meaning of that sentence is awkward to me.
Does it mean that readjusting my thoughts, feelings and attitudes is enjoyable and if a result of this kind of change (reshuffle) doesn't satisfy me I can always try something new?
Thank you

"I think you're mistakenly getting "enjoyable" out of "satisfying". That's not it."
I take it to mean that reviewing and readjusting our thoughts etc. is enjoyable. But if the result of a reshuffle doesn't satisfy us, we can try something new.
Yes. I thought you might have been getting "enjoyable" from "satisfy", but now that I read the passage again, I see that you got "enjoyable" from "enjoyable"! Duh!
