Setting off this prep phrase with commas?

Dear all,

First of all, kudos to the experts here! You guys do a great job helping out a lot of people.

I was wondering about the comma and the overall structure in the following sentence,

I hope that the PhD in Finance degree I’m about to obtain will provide additional ways to contribute to my country’s development.
Should I set off " I’m about to obtain" with commas?

Thank you!

No. It is not a prepositional phrase, it is a subordinate clause with "that" understood: "degree that I'm about to ...." That type never takes a comma.
