Setting?

We had been used to drink beers at the town's only bar every friday night for several years, but when it closed we suddenly had to find a new hangout. It ended up being a place called Tony's - a small pizzeria who had recently opened. We were all a bit skeptical at the beginning - especially Troy seemed uncomfortable in the new setting - but after a few weeks even he was happy.

Can I use the word 'setting' in this context or is there a better option?

And is it... uncomfortable in the new setting or with the new setting?

Thank you.
