Set up or Schedule

Hi,

Which sentence is correct? Do they mean the same thing and are they all grammatically correct?

I have set up those payments for tomorrow.

I have scheduled those payments for tomorrow.

I want to say that those invoices have been paid and the payments are scheduled for tomorrow.

Thank you.
