Perfectly understand! Thanks, Clive.

One more, please?

I understand "It sets X,Y to 100, 200" is not good in terms of ordinary English. If I add 'respectively' to somewhere in it, is that better?

It sets X, Y to 100, 200 respectively.

Thanks

It sets X, Y to 100, 200 respectively.
For good English, say It sets X and Y to 100 and 200 respectively.
