SET IN MOTION

Could you tell me if these are right?

The signing of the treaty is being set in motion.
Get the assault on the terrorist in motion/Get the assault underway.

and can you correct these 3 sentences please?
  • There have been minor injuries sustained among the hostages.
  • There was a terrorist posing as a hostage to (be able to) keep an eye on them.
  • I'm too lazy to go get you food even for money./even if you pay me. If you pay me 10 dollars to go/for me to go buy me food, it'll cost me more on food than on delivery.
Thank you

I don't think "being set in motion" is appropriate here. How long does it take to sign a treaty?

I suspect you're referring to the diplomatic protocols, and the business of dotting all the i's and crossing all the t's, and making sure all the right people are informed, etc.
