Set "in" default values?

I'm just wondering if the expression of "something's set IN default values" is right?

The expression is supposed to mean that a parameter/setting is set the same as default,
but I suppose it should be "set AS default values"?

Btw, they're not always just numeric values, so whats the most proper umbrella term here?
