I would not say the sentence in this manner.

Intervals, not always, but generally refer to more than one intervening period. However, since there are only two alarms there is only one period of time between them. Therefore, I would say "She set two alarms, 10 minutes apart." If there were three alarms then you could say, "She set three alarms at 10 minute intervals." I
