Services businesses

Hi

Please take a look at this sentence and tell me if there is any adjective in the bold part. Or maby both of them are nouns. In any case please tell me what it mean.

We have seen the emergence of two new practices in branding: the application of branding techniques to corporations, and the internalisation of brands and their management, particularly within services businesses where the employment is pivotal in delivering customer satisfaction.

Regards,
