Could someone help me understanding the above?.

"Serviced Apartments" = the apartments will be maintained (and possibly cleaned) by the management company.

Imean does serviced apartments mean hotel appartments or appartments that are furnished and you can just rent them temperarly.

Does community centre mean. A social centre or it has another meaning.
