service overseas

I don't think there is a term for what I'm trying to describe. I would appreciate it if you could suggest a few terms.

It's a service offered by freelancers in different countries. For example, person A would like to look for something in country B. However, flying to country B is not economically feasible for something like a vase or craft. If someone in country B is willing to offer his free time to run the errand either voluntarily or with a small fee, the transaction can be completed.

What are the words, phrases or terms associated with this type of service?

Thanks.
