Service name at a certain type of Call Center
Hi everybody,
I'm curious about the name of a service dealing with looking for informations on websites. There are two type of this 'student job'.
1. you are looking for telephone numbers to the clients.
2. you are doing the same as it is at the 1st point but you are also looking for pieces of (publicly available) information to the clients on the web.
The name of the 2nd service differs from the 1st in the word 'special'.
Could you suggest names for these services? Maybe the first one could be 'directory enquiries service' but I can't find a good one for the second (broader) service.
