Do serve yourself too much pasta, you always end up throwing it away.

It's serve yourself or simply take . Also, you have a run-on sentence, and I think you mean "Don't", not "Do". Don't [take / serve yourself] too much pasta.

It's serve yourself or simply take. Also, you have a run-on sentence, and I think you mean "Don't", not "Do".
