Serntence type and structure

Hello,

I need help figuring out the sentence type and sentence structure of the following 3 sentences.

1. Thank you for your correspondence regarding the above parking infringement.

2. When we receive a letter contesting a parking infringement, we review the infringement based on evidence we have collected and on the evidence you have provided.

3. Please be advised the infringement has now been withdrawn.

First time using this site and I am impressed.

If anyone is willing to explain why the sentences are complex or simple that would be great.

The third one is imperative because of the 'please be advised' right? as it is offering advice.
