It's not "seriously?", as in asking questions.

I would expect it to mean either 'Really?' or 'Give me the real information'. However, the following turn by Thaddaeus does not really make sense there.

Here's some more context, though I am not sure if this might be helpful.

THADDAEUS: Most of the time. J’s reputation preceded him. Then there were other times when
we ended up hungry.

THADDAEUS: Don’t take any of this seriously. You have a sense o

Hmm. This seems to be a passing joke on Gary's 'seriously' (which means what I said above). 'Seriously' means 'really' in informal English, but Thaddaeus pretends in these sentences that it is Gary's comment upon his own attitude.
