I have doubt in comma insertion between narcissm, and fundamentalist religious and also between phobias 01 b 00 , 02 b 00 and narcissisms. I thought it as serial comma. Does the author intend to mean "narcissm and fundamentalist religious..." and "phobias and narcissisms" as alienation? Kindly advise. 0-
