Sequence of the words: in small groups ... and many subjects

I am going to make up two similar sentences below.

(1) Jack tutors students in many subjects in small groups or on a one-on-one basis.

(2) Jack tutors students in small groups or on a one-on-one basis in many subjects.

Which sequence of words is grammatically OK? Thanks for your help.
