Sequence of tenses exercise !!

Hi again!
These sentences contain some of tenses; and I wrote it through sequence of tenses exercises, but I'm not sure it is correct.

1- I never saw so beautiful a garden.
2- The people put out the fire before the fireman arrives.
3- My friend just telephoned me to say that he won't come tonight.
4- Pupils are learning English grammar now.
5- I have already remember the old story.
6- Mary is writing an exercise now.
7- He has been living in England since 1960.
8- I saw you yesterday, you was sat in a cafe.
9- He took the money after I had asked him not to do so.
10- He usually writes in green ink.
11- The train left, before I had arrived.
12- I haven't seen my friend since his absence.
13- Two months ago I met a very interesting gentleman while I was traveling to the USA.
14- I am sorry I didn't know that you left your book when you was calling on me last Friday.
15- My brother hasn't felt well lately, so yesterday he went to the doctor who advised him to take a few days's rest.
16- Since I have been coming back from my holiday, I am working hard as I want to make up for the time I lost.
17- While I am writing a letter, my brother telephoned me.
18- He promised a week ago that he will return the books which he borrowed last month, but he didn't so yet.
19- When they had finished talking/when they were finishing talking, they shook hands and were out separately.
20- It's high time they mend this road.
21- It has raining for two days now, there'll be a flood soon.
22- I had waited here till he comes back.
23- I lent you my bicycle whenever you want it.
24- I never seen him in my life, so of course I could not recognize him.
25- The Suez Canal is joining the East to the West.

26- I wish I have known English well.
27- My father has been living in the USA since 1960.
28- I haven't seen my uncle since the last two weeks.
29- Don't get off the bus till it stops/was stopping.
30- I haven't seen the Cinema for over a month.
31- I have never spoken to a foreigner since I started learning English.
32- After they had left, I went home.
33- The light went out while we were watching television.
34- While he was repairing his roof, he had a bad fall.
35- He has been here since last month.
36- Her phone is ringing for ten minutes. I wonder why she doesn't answer it.
37- After I had had some biscuits, I had a drink.
38- This telegram has just arrived and the boy waits in case you want to send reply.
39- If only I be insured.
40- I wish I am younger.
41- By the end of this month 5000 people, I will have seen the exhibition.
42- By this time next year I shall have saved two hundred pounds.

57- While I was doing my homework, the kight went out.

59- The weather has been nice lately.
60- My telephone is working now. They repaired it a week ago.
61- My family went back to live in Alaska. They had lived there ten years ago.
62- I had thought about buying a new car recently.

65- The play had started by the time we got to the theatre.

71- A: Why is Mary tired?. B: Well, she has been studying in the library for hours.
72- A: Does Mr.Tom mow the lawn every Saturday?. B: Yes, always he does.
