Which is grammatically correct? If each is correct, Please teach me the difference.

Absolutely unnecessary except for English exercises. In reported speech too, if the order is clear you needn't regress...well, here, anyway. (#3 and #4 here are terribly awkward, but I was humoring the Anon post in his exercise.)
