sequence of sentences
(Actually this question was posted yesterday, but through the total fault of my own I couldn’t get the satisfactory answer. So I made the whole question again in a completely different way.)
To answer this question, please go to the website as follows.
http://www.humankinetics.com/excerpts/excerpts/sport-mechanics-offer-a-performance-edge-for-athletes (Please read the whole paragraph. It just has just two more sentences than the following passages presented. I couldn’t post the whole paragraph because of this site’s rule not to post more than four sentences, even though the whole paragraph is essentially needed.)
... They usually result from hours of practice, and more importantly, smart practice—the right type of practice.
Likewise, it’s virtually impossible nowadays for an athlete to reach world-class status without the assistance of coaches and sport scientists who know why it’s better to perform movements one way rather than another.
Today’s top athletes get help from knowledgeable coaches who critically observe their performances and tell them what is efficient movement and what is not. The coaches’ knowledge and sport science assessment, coupled with the athletes’ talent and discipline, help produce safe, first-rate performances.
This is my question.
(But before giving me your reply, please read the whole paragraph. Thanks.)
I think it’s probable to put the sentence starting with ‘Likewise(blue)’ after ‘red’ sentence, I mean, it’s probable that we put the ‘blue’ part after the ‘red’ part.
Here’s my line of thought.
If I were the author of the text, I would put the ‘red’ part first to specifically explain how ‘Today’s top athletes’ get help from the professional coaches, and then the ‘blue(Likewise)’ part to conclude my statement, as other passages presented below.
Thanks a million in advance.
http://stuartjeannebramhall.com/tag/hobbes/ Worst of all, the introduction of agriculture led to the advent of class society, military conquest, and famine. As Hemenway points out, war and famine are virtually unknown in hunter gatherer societies that migrate to follow their food source.
Likewise it’s virtually impossible for a marauding army to steal the perennials out of a food forest.
http://www.businessobserverfl.com/print/internet-tax-far-more-than-a-fairness-issue/ But few people ever pay — except, say, when they register new vehicles or boats purchased out of state. Those purchases require registration with the state, and it can track you down.
Likewise, it’s virtually impossible for the state to enforce or collect the sales taxes on out-of-state purchases. Can you imagine all of the tax snoops that would be required to chase down everyone’s Internet or out-of-state retail purchases?
http://gwynbleidd.wordpress.com/2008/03/23/korpiklaani-korven-kuningas/ Still, there’s extra bite this time to Jonne Jarvela’s manly snarls, and though Korpiklaani once again produces an album sung more in Finnish than English, you get the gist and you want to sing along even if you don’t know a lick of what Jarvela is saying on “Nuolet Nomalan.” You just get right into the uptempo beat, the Accept-like guitar riffs and Jarvela’s proud growling.
Likewise, it’s virtually impossible not to headbang to the steady pulse of “Northern Fall” and its dignified chanting choruses. Of course, when Korpiklaani steps on the gas on “Tapporauta,” “Metsamies” and “Kantaiso” all you want to do is mosh, even with the supplementation of reeds, violins and accordian coming off like a mutant polka.
http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showthread.php?p=66182244 It's entirely possible to do a heck of a lot online without being tracked by Google..
Likewise it's virtually impossible to police the whole internet without breaking it completely - IE making it a "walled garden" where all the content has to be approved before it's allowed up, and blocking all secure traffic (so goodbye online shopping, online banking etc).
