Separable phrasal verbs

.
Hello....

The “put up” as in “He put up a fight.” is called “inseparable phrasal verb”, because it can’t be “He put a good fight up.”.

And “cry one’s eyes out” is used only in a separable way, thus “She cried her eyes out” is correct but “She cried out her eyes” is wrong. Maybe this is called “compulsory separable phrasal verb”.

But if I google with “inseparable phrasal verbs”, the results are like
https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/630/03/ .

Or only places that contain very few lists of phrasalverbs.

It’s difficult to find some lists of (compulsory) separable and inseparable phrasal verb lists...

I’d like to be advised on this....

Websites or books....
