Seond third conditional

If she were here, I'd be talking to her.
If she were here, I'd talk to her.

If I were there, you'd just have to scream my name.
If I were there, you'd just have to be screaming my name.

If I'd been there, I would've been talking to her.
If I'd been there, I would've talked to her.

What does "to be + verb+ing"change in such cases? Does it imply the present? Does it have to do something with a duration?

I'll leave the technicalities to others and give just my meaning interpretation:
1) If she were here, I'd be talking to her right now.
If she were here, I'd talk to her sometime.

Same with 3 - specific time vs. vague, I suppose.
3) If I'd been there, I would've been talking to her when the bomb exploded.
If I'd been there, I would've talked to her b
