0 The four skills are listening, reading, speaking and writing, so if you do not insist on practicing (doing), I would suggest writing instead. 02br

00'method of' seems more idiomatic than 'method for' in this context. 02br

001. In learning a language, the most effective method involves the integration of listening, talking, reading, and writing. 02br

00In British English we say "going sightseeing". The addition of "for" just sounds wrong to me. The only time we would use "for" is in: "going for a sightseeing tour". 02br
02br
00However, it may be correct in Am.Eng. 02br

00Which would you deem to be the right answer to the following question? 02br
02br
00Q. What are you going to America for? 02br
02br
00A. 02br
00i) I am going to America sightseeing/shopping/studying/working/etc. 02br
00ii) I am going to America FOR sightseeing/shopping/study/work/etc.

0 Interesting, I would probably say ii). 02br

00However, you've altered the sentence structure. I would never say "Going for sightseeing in the United States". So I guess it's dependent on the context and sentence structure. The difference lies in the choice of verb: to go for or to go to. 0-

0 Think I'd say: 02br
02br
00iii) I'm going to America to do some shopping/sightseeing 02br
00iv) I'm going to America to study/work 02br

Method OF Learning is totally right, because here it's a noun.
You could also use FOR, but I don't see any reasons to change that.
But if your intention is using "learning" as a verb, like "I use this method to learn english",
You SHOULD change that for TO. You can use FOR if you change the phrase to:
"I use this method for english learning" be

I would use ACTUAL instead of REAL (...american culture...)
