Sentences you might here in the subway?

How would you say these sentences correctly?

1 Stop X is a straight line from stop Y on foot.

2 Due to an incident, the metro will not desert (stop at) these following stops.

3 The metro is down at the moment but will progressively start running again until it reach full capacity, meaning trains every 3 minutes.
