Sentences with Phrasal Verbs

Hello,
could you please help me with those sentences? Which of them are gramatically correct and which are not?
Could you tell me then why they're not correct?

a, He brought in the book to Mary.
b, He brought in Mary the book.
c, He brought the book in to Mary.
d, He brought Mary in the book.
e, He brought the book to Mary in.
f, He brought Mary the book in.

And then:

g, I sent over him the car.
h, I sent over the car to him.
i, I sent him over the car.
j, I sent the car over to him.
k, I sent him the car over.
l, I sent the car to him over.

The phrasal verbs kinda confuse me...Emotion: thinking
