Hi, again,

As I noted earlier:

4. Had he studied yesterday? OK. -Yes, he had. However, you'd much more commonly hear 'Did he study yesterday?'

Are you asking now about Had he studied yesterday? or Had

Hi,

Had he studied yesterday? and Have he studied yesterday?

which one is better is use ? The former. Have is not grammatical with 'he'.

However, you'd more commonly say 'Did he study yesterday?"

Best wishes, Clive
