Sentences well structured

Are the following sentences well structured?

We have written to the owner again , and asked that she speaks to her tenant to stop playing loud music in the flat. We believe that the owner has spoken to her tenant, because we received an email from him this morning stating that he was using his studio monitors to reference a university assignment as he studies for a BA in sound engineering. We think that it is an unacceptable excuse, especially when we have warned him to stop playing loud music in the flat. He says that he is very sorry and promises that it won’t happen again.
