Could you please help me correct these sentences grammatically?

1 He needs a haircut that will take the attention off his almost to be bald spot
2 She gets paid to let people do whatever they want to her hair.
3 As a hairdresser, you need to work on your dexterity and speed.
4 Doing highlights is easier than cutting hair as all you need to know how to do is apply dye in the right places.
5 My dad knows what he's doing better than you know what you're doing and he's not even a barber.
6 Don't ever where a black shirt when cutting hair as the hair will be seen on your shirt more if it's black than if it's white.
