How would you naturally phrase the following?
1 I know you don’t want to sell but I’m willing to give you 50k more than asking price.
2 The house was 15K under/below her budget and it really suited her/corresponds to her so she placed /put in an offer.
3 What social class can afford such a house? It’s not cheap enough that just anyone could afford it but not expensive enough that a wealthy person would want to buy it. (How would you phrase both these sentences?)
4 There is too much renovation in this house. I want a house that I can live in right away. (How would you phrase the first sentence: “too much renovation”?)
5 The instruction workers closed/blocked off the site.
thank you
