Sentence´s punctuation...

Hi,

Which of these sentences are properly punctuated?


1) "I can't recollect anymore why, or how exactly, I initially came to paint object x in that environment."


2) "I can't recollect anymore, why, or how exactly, I initially came to paint object x in that environment." 3) "I can't recollect anymore why or how exactly, I initially came to paint object x in that environment."
