Sentences on budget/capital

I did not buy goods recently because I lack of funds. I intend to reply the supplier:

1) I have stopped buying because I ran out of budget and I need some time to rebuild my capital.

2) I have stopped buying because I ran out of budget and I need some time to save up my capital.

3) I have stopped buying because I ran out of budget and I need some time to rebuild my budget.

4) I have stopped buying because I ran out of budget and I need some time to save up my budget.

Are these sentences right? Which is wrong and which is right?

Thanks
