Sentences Nov 29

Hi,

Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. There is a good availability of houses for sale in this area.

2. Well, I think this is just a part of it, but not all of it.

3. It is better to just wing it than to make a plan just to cancel afterwards.

Thanks,

Can you please suggest one with 'availability' in it?

"There is a good availability of houses for sale in this area."

I think this sentence is understandable enough; it just sounds a bit formal. If you must use the word availability, it might seem a little clearer to say, "There is a good availability of houses to buy in this area."
