Sentences Jan 12

Hi,

Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. You would think that the sales of this store must be good, given how conveniently it is located.

2. Are you telling me that, besides having studied sciences for three years, this simple puzzle is totally new to you.

3. I wish all of us would be so lucky ( I said this after hearing the news of a person winning a jackpot).

Thanks,

MG.

Why do you prefer 'the store's sales' over 'the sales of the store' ?--Too formal/stilted here.

"3. I wish all of us would have been/ were so lucky. "How would I say this if I want to wish for future events?- I hope all of us will be so lucky.
