Can someone help me with this school assignment please?

“I saw the building destroyed” I witnessed this.

“I saw the destroyed building” building already destroyed.

“I saw you injured” I witnessed this action.

But if I didn’t see the whole action, an hour or a day later when I see you.

How am I going to sentences this?

"I see you had injured?" am I correct? I wonder.
