Sentences in email

Do these sentences make enough sense so that I can send this email to the area coordinator for the first and my teacher for the second?

My mom has not decided when to come here next week, so I can't get the form filled now. When is that latest I can submit the form so that my mom can stay in my room next week?.

I might come late for class today. Sorry about that.

Thank you.
