Hi,

Are the following sentneces natural to a native ear?

1. I hope you are intellectually honest enough to not look the puzzle up on the internet.

2. I hope I can trust your intellectual honesty to not look up the puzzle on the internet.

3. He keeps away from me as if I have got the plauge. ( I was saying this jokingly)

Thanks,

MG.

The first two would sound more natural to me if they had the word 'Intellectual/intellectually' omitted. The third one sounds fine to me but if I had written it I would have left out the word 'got'..
